• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend classes

  • Work or personal commitments

  • Technical issues on the learner’s side

  • Exam postponement or failure

• Once access to course materials or sessions is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued.

4. Course Access & Validity

• Course access is provided for the specific duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.

• Access expires automatically at the end of the validity period.

• Extensions, if any, are at the sole discretion of Trade Hunt Management and may involve additional fees.

5. Online Training & Technical Requirements

• Training is delivered via online platforms such as video sessions, recorded content, or learning portals.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring:

  • Stable internet connection

  • Compatible device may be desktop and Laptop

• Trade Hunt Management is not responsible for interruptions due to participant-side technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, videos, presentations, recordings, notes, logos, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Trade Hunt Management.

• Participants may not:

  • Record, copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce content

  • Share login credentials or materials with third parties

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

7. Certification & Examination Disclaimer

• Trade Hunt Management provides training support only.

• We are not affiliated with examining bodies unless explicitly stated.

• Certification, exam registration, results, and certification renewal remain the responsibility of the candidate and the respective certifying body.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Trade Hunt Management does not guarantee:

  • Exam success

  • Job placement

  • Salary increase or promotion

• The firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of training services.

9. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behavior during live sessions.

• Any misconduct, disruption, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Modification of Courses

• Trade Hunt Management reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content

  • Change trainers or schedules

  • Update materials to reflect regulatory or industry changes

11. Privacy & Data Protection
